96/97 Rosati/Nothnagle Polarcats Race #6
Honeyoe Falls, March 1, 1997
The grand finale of the Polarcats series took place on March 1 at the Sherwood restaurant in Honeyoe Falls. Although many of the series winners had already been determined there was still plenty of excitement as Jeff Rumbaugh and Mike Platt gave Dan Rohnke a run for his money. Even though Dan already had the series title in the bag, he decided to add another win to his tally while Renee Rombaut won the women's race as well as the series title.
After the race everyone retired to the comfort of the Sherwood restaurant for refreshments, awards and video tapes of the first 5 races in the series.
