Plymouth Welcomes Bikers
These bikes are all Royal Enfield motorcycles. They belong to club members on their way to a rally in France (there's regular ferry service from Plymouth to France) When questioned about the wisdom of taking such a trip on the notoriously unreliable Enfields a club member informed me they're hired a professional mechanic to accompany them!
