A much-needed week of vacation is now past. And I have some time to recover…

When Lisa and I take vacations they’re usually as physically strenuous as they are mentally relaxing and rejuvinating. This past trip to North Carolina was no exception: It finished up with a brutal 100-mile bicycle ride, the Blood, Sweat and Gears century (102.3 miles, with 13,000+ feet of climb).
