This is the post-race press conference after Tommy had taken second place in the 600 Supersport race, run in truly oppressive midwestern heat and humidity, wrapping up the championship. He had broken a bone in the back of his right hand only two weeks earlier (you can see in the photo how much it's swollen) and I really like how you can just see the relief and satisfaction in his face in this shot.
