Dawn at Grandmother View

The photo above is an experiment done using the Photomerge feature of Photoshop. Instead of combining multiple images side-by-side, to create a panorama, for example, it stacks images one on top of the other to combine them. In this case, I had some shots with proper exposure for the sunrise, but a boring, cloudless sky, and some good shots of clouds blowing over the peak, but with the sky near the sun overexposed. The photo above combines one of each.
