Pentax SMC-A 20mm f/2.8

Pentax SMC-A 20mm f/2.8

Next to my 100mm macro, this may be the sharpest lens I own. Its resolving power is quite amazing. The 20mm gives a stunning wide view on full-frame camera like my MZ-S or MX. Though the manual focus and auto focus versions of this lens are both still available and are optically identical, the manual focus version is the more expensive of the two. This is because of the expensive metalwork and precise machining necessary to manufacture the focusing helicoid and other parts. I have the manual focus version, as I usually don't rely on autofocus when using lenses this wide.
