Pentax 77mm f/1.8 Limited

    I'd owned, and been overwhelmingly impressed by, the other two lenses in Pentax's Limited series for years before I finally succumbed to temptation and bought the 77mm f/1.8 to complete the set. Needless to say, it's every bit as good as the others: Fantastically sharp with beautiful bokeh. The construction is a beautiful thing to behold. Pentax is coming out with more Limited lenses soon, but they're expected to be "small image circle" lenses for reduced-frame digital cameras. The original three, 43mm, 31mm and 77mm, are also compatible with full-frame film cameras. They're definitely lifetime keepers.
