Pentax 645 camera with 75mm f/2.8 lens

    The normal lens for the Pentax 645 system is the 75mm f/2.8. It gives you a field of view equivalent to that of a 50mm lens on a 35mm film camera.

I now do all my black & white photography with the 645. I've found digital unsatisfactory for black & white, both from the technical standpoint (though I'm sure digital will soon match or exceed the quality of film B&W prints) and from the standpoint of the personal satisfaction I get from devaloping my own film and making wet prints in a darkroom.
