Top of the Ladders
This is at the top of the longest and most exposed set of fixed ladders on the Grandfather Trail. Notice that the lead hker on the right is holding onto a steel cable that's bolted to the rock face as an extra safety measure – convenient on a day like this and crucial when it's wet and slippery up there.
